Keith Harbin, President & CEO
As president and owner of SCM Office Systems, Keith Harbin practically grew up around the copier industry. As an after school job, Keith would help his father, Randy Harbin, work on day to day activities, whether it be rebuilding fuser units for copiers or setting up and installing furniture.

In 1989 Keith became a full time employee as a copier technician then moved to managing the service department. Keith then took over the company in 1991. Keith’s dedication to customers and the local community has been the key to the success of SCM Office Systems.

David Nicholson, Service Technician
David Nicholson has over 10 years experience in the IT and service industry. He is well-versed in diagnosing and repairing tech hardware issues.
He is dedicated to providing reliable, excellent customer service and keeping our clients equipment running efficiently.
